Cancellations, No Shows, and Early Departures

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in time or credit card will be billed for the full amount of the reserved stay.
• Failure to show up for reserved days without a timely cancellation call will be considered a no show and will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay.
• No refunds will be allowed for early departures
• These policies will be strictly enforced.
• Renter agrees to declare all guests at check in and pay for additional people. If additional people are not declared, then the renter will be charged for an additional $50.00/person/night (number of nights based on total nights on reservation), regardless of age, for all guests not declared and paid for at check in.
• Well-behaved pets welcome (no pets left in room unattended, no exceptions).
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
